How to Book your Private Charter aboard Arabella

 

 

Step 1– Request a Date

Decide on the date you want and the type of event (i.e. Destination All Day Sail, Hourly Sail or Sunset Sail), contact us via email at sailarabella@gmail.com to request your date (see "Contact" submenu under reservations) .  We will respond to your request within 24 hours.

 

Step 2 – Confirm a Reservation

All payments to be made by cash or credit card.  A 10% deposit is required to hold a reservation at the time of initial booking (refundable if you cancel a minimum of 14 days prior to date of planned departure).  We will then send you a booking confirmation and a ‘Welcome Aboard’ letter with additional information.

 

Step 3 – Balance of Payment

Balance of payment is due upon boarding Arabella on the date of the cruise, prior to departure.  Any onshore costs (food, drink, launch service etc.) are your responsibility.
